Zhejiang Hanjun Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, located in Sanqishi Town, Yuyao City — right beside the China Plastics City. It borders Ningbo to the east and connects to Hangzhou (the provincial capital) to the west, boasting a superior geographical location with convenient and well-connected transportation networks. The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with total assets of 50 million yuan and over 300 employees. It is a professional metal products manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, specializing in producing various specifications of wire mesh guards and stainless steel press-fit pipe fittings, and has independently created the brand "Han Yijie". Drawing on 15 years of professional experience in producing mesh guards and fan guards, the company adopts information-based management and is equipped with a full range of advanced equipment: Mesh guard production equipment: robotic welding machines, fully automatic bending machines, blanking machines, spot welders, fully automatic row welding machines, leveling machines, butt welders, fully automatic coil winding machines, three production lines for dip plastic coating, spray plastic coating and electrophoresis, precision punch presses and CNC lathes. Stainless steel press-fit pipe fitting equipment: domestically advanced processing production lines including CNC fully automatic bending machines, pipe making machines, pipe cutting machines, pipe shrinking machines, automatic hydraulic pipe benders, pipe end forming machines, high-speed automatic drawing machines and 630-ton four-column hydraulic presses. With strong technical strength and outstanding new product development capabilities, the company has successfully developed products covering the wire and pipe fitting fields according to customer requirements, including fan guards, kitchen supplies, handicrafts, thin-wall stainless steel pipe fittings of Type I double-press, Type II double-press, double-card double-seal, socket weld, grooved and flange types, as well as thin-wall stainless steel connecting pipes, with an annual output value of over 100 million yuan. At present, the company has an annual output of 250 million mesh guards, and the annual production capacity of stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings can reach more than 10,000 tons. It has passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification and IATF 16949 (note: the original text has a typo of 14969) Quality Management System Certification. The company is equipped with advanced testing facilities including an electrophoresis laboratory, welding strength tester, film thickness tester, salt spray tester, spectrometer and universal testing machine.
